You know the basics. You can sit down and play. But the Charleston still feels like guesswork; you hesitate before calling a tile, and you're never quite sure which line to chase.
Mahjong 102 is where that changes. This is guided play, so you're not just hearing the rules again, you're using them at the table with help in real time. We go deeper on the Charleston and on how to pick a line, the two places most players stall. Bring what you want to work on, and we'll meet you there.
You'll leave reading the card faster, calling tiles more confidently, and trusting your own hand. Partnered learning may be part of the session.
*Previous intro lesson or basic game knowledge required. We must have at least ten registrations for instructor to hold class so invite your other Mahjong playing friends.
Since taking deposits caused confusion- you’ll pay the FULL price for your seat during booking. We need at least 48 notice for cancellations. No refunds after that time but we can try to find another class for you in the next few months.
We will have light refreshments- please feel free to bring your own food and drink- we’ll have space for you.
