Rooted in memory and crafted from the heart, Southern Roots is one of my most personal creations as a candle maker. This candle is a tribute to slow, golden summers in Mississippi—where magnolia trees swayed in the heat, the air was thick with nostalgia, and time moved just a little more gently.
The scent opens with the soft, floral sweetness of magnolia, grounded by the warmth of tonka bean, and deepened with a whisper of tobacco—rich, earthy, and comforting. Together, these notes evoke front porch conversations, barefoot walks on sun-warmed soil, and the kind of quiet that lingers long after dusk.
